Roycher Building Contractors have been operating since 1997 without a change in name or even attempting to operate under another name - that says alot in the building/ construction industry. We started in the Table View, Bloubergstrand area & have since expanded building homes across the entire Western Cape. We've enjoyed the property boom period and have survived the recession with many thanks to our repeat clients who have relied on us to service their building, remodelling and renovating requirements.
We've had the privilege to build many new homes across Cape Town in areas such as Constantia, Llandudno, High Cape, Hout Bay, Sunset Beach, West Beach, Blouberg, Table View, Parklands, Durbanville etc..
